Yes, after placing a request we contact you to finalize the time, price, and address.

In most cases, same-day or next-day visits are available depending on the schedule.

4. Can I pick an exact time slot?

Yes, you can choose a preferred window. The technician will also call about an hour before arrival.

5. Do you work evenings and weekends?

Yes, service is available seven days a week, including holidays if needed.

6. Should I prepare the space before the visit?

Please clear personal items from furniture and make sure there’s access to power and water.

7. How long does the process usually take?

Between 30 minutes and 2 hours depending on the item and level of work.

8. What if I need to reschedule?

Call us a few hours before the appointment and we’ll adjust the booking.

9. Will one technician come or a team?

Usually one professional handles the job. For larger projects, two specialists may arrive.

10. How soon will furniture be dry?

Typically within 3–6 hours, depending on ventilation and fabric type.

11. Can I order just a small job, like one spot?

Yes, but a minimum charge applies. The manager will explain this when you book.
